THE BRIEF

As part of Steinway & Sons’ global efforts to reconnect with culture, AKQA got briefed to identify business opportunities and provide a strategic solution on how to reposition their interactive presence.

 

THE SOLUTION

After an extensive research phase -- including stakeholder interviews, primary and secondary research, competitive analysis, tech audit, consumer research and an audit of existing digital initiatives across all consumer touch points -- we developed a global digital ecosystem, assigning clear roles per channel and consolidating 80% of the brand’s online platforms, third party dealerships, and social/retail channels.
